YoMooo Travel provides visa application, notarization & apostille and consular authentication services. As a professional service provider, we assist clients with document preparation, review and submission.

We make every effort to ensure service quality and timeliness, but visa approval is ultimately decided by each country's embassy or consulate. We are not liable for delays caused by policy changes, strikes, natural disasters or other force majeure events.
3. Refund Policy
Visa application fees (consulate fees) are non-refundable whether or not the visa is granted. Refund policies for service fees vary by service type — please contact customer service for details.
