Business visa vs tourist visa, and required documents.

A business visa allows meetings, exhibitions, contract signing and short business trips. A tourist visa does not. Using a tourist visa for business is a violation and can lead to refusal or deportation.

Standard tourist documents plus a business invitation letter from the overseas company, evidence of the business relationship (contracts, emails), and a dispatch letter from your employer.

Written by the inviting company with both parties' details, purpose, dates, itinerary and who pays, in the destination's official language or English.
